All orders are made-to-order from the point of order confirmation and will be dispatched 8 weeks from point of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
You will receive an email notification upon confirmation of your order. Items are made-to-order from point of order confirmation. Items are dispatched up to 8 weeks from point of order confirmation. For an update on the progress of your item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and quote your order number, stating clearly your enquiry. You will receive further email confirmation to confirm your order has been dispatched, with a tracking number listed for reference.
Customers outside the UK: For orders placed outside the UK, you may be subject to added import duties and taxes which are levied when the item is delivered to the respective destination. The client is responsible for payment of any additional import duties and taxes. These additional charges are of no responsibility to the studio and differ depending on location. The studio holds no control over additional charges. Please contact your local customs office for further information regarding additional charges.

Returns may only be facilitated in the event that the item didn’t match the item ordered or description, or that the item is damaged or faulty.
All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided.
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request your return. You will receive notification by email following your request. Upon confirmation from the studio, items must then be returned within 7 days.
Returns outside this window may be accepted at our discretion.
To ensure your return is covered by our returns policy and does not encounter a delay, items must be returned using the original packaging provided and from the same country to which they were delivered. Items returned from a different country may incur additional charges or be delayed by customs. You can return using any secure means but we may not accept liability.
Exchanges cannot be facilitated as pieces are made-to-order from point of purchase, with exception of exchange as a result of faulty or damaged goods, where the studio is responsible for the fault or damage.
The item(s) should be returned unused and as received. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned in poor condition (outside of reason for return) may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Before your parcel leaves our studio, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
If your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or manufacturing fault), we can offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges. For more information, please contact email@example.com
For safe and guaranteed return of product, please ensure all return packages are sent with a tracking number. Client is responsible for all return shipping costs.
We will notify you of approval or rejection of refund upon return of item.
All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
